• If you send the original photo by mail, the photo may be returned to you (by your request).
  
  
• After you have registered on the site, choose the option and upload the photo. Enter your billing and shipping addresses and credit card information. After your information has been successfully processed, you receive the conformational e-mail with your order details, order number and the credit card transaction information.
  
  
• If you can not find the conformational letter in your e-mail box, please, contact us calling our Customer Service at 1-800-875-3639.
  
  
• Remember: Your order is complete only when you receive a conformational e-mail with the number of your order.
  
  
• When you place your order, your credit card will be charged for the total cost of your order.
  
  
• It may take from 8 to 12 weeks from the date of your order to delivery.
  
  
• As soon as we have your order ready, we are going to contact you to schedule the delivery.
  
  

Warranty

In rare instances of faulty materials or workmanship USA Gift Online will replace or repair your item after complete evaluation of the problem. We are able to repair most types of damage, including cracked or scratched lacquer, chipped or damaged papier-mache, as long as the painting is unharmed (even then, touch-ups are possible).

Delivery acceptance

At the time of delivery, you will be asked to sign for delivery of the ordered item to you.

• Remember: please, do not accept delivery or sign for the parcel until the box itself and the contents are inspected.
  
  
• If the delivered box is opened or damaged, please, notify us on the same day, calling Customer Service at 1-800-875-3639.
  
  
• Your signature for delivery serves as a proof that your order is delivered to you undamaged and in satisfactory condition.
  
  
• Once you have signed for the delivery, any damage is considered as your fault and, consequently, it will make you responsible for any repair.
  
  

Your lacquer box is damaged?

In any case, when the lacquer box is damaged as a result of extensive use or improper conditions, we will make all possible efforts to repair the damage or replace the box. We are able to repair most types of damage, including cracked or scratched lacquer, chipped or damaged papier-mache, as long as the painting is unharmed (even then, touch-ups are possible).

• Call USA Gift Online Customer service at 1-800-875-3639 to explain what is wrong with the box. You will need to ship your item to the address below in order to get the restoration estimate:

• We will contact you promptly. If you agree to pay the estimated fee for restoration, we are going to send the box to the artist. The estimate is free. You are responsible for all shipping charges. Repairs and shipping time usually take 2-3 months.
