At this time, we accept orders from international customers who are shipping to addresses in the U.S. only. We are unable to ship to APO addresses, but hope to offer this service soon.
Ordering and shipping confirmations After ordering, you will receive two email confirmations from USAGiftOnline. First, we will confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering. Then, you will be notified when your order ships. Adding items to your order If you have already completed an order and wish to add an additional item to your order, you will need to cancel your initial order and place a new order. This process is necessary as you must authorize any new charges to your order. To cancel an order, simply e-mail Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to cancel to insure accuracy. Revising shipping and billing information for an order If you have completed an order and wish to change your shipping or billing information, please e-mail Customer Service. Please include the order number of the item that you would like to change to ensure accuracy. We know how difficult it can be to buy products online that you can't touch, feel or try on (did you buy the right size? the right color?). If for any reason you need to return (or exchange) an item, simply contact our customer service department.USAGiftOnline gift certificates are available in denominations of $25, $50, $75 and $100 and will not be taxed.
To redeem a gift certificate, select a gift and begin the ordering process. You will be asked for your certificate Claim Code during checkout. The amount of the certificate will then be deducted from your final order total.
