Ceramics
Decorative artwork made of terra cotta is hard to find on market.
Special clay is soaked and cleaned in water for three weeks before clay obtains its shape in hands of skillful artists. They let new creations dry in open air for several days.
Artists apply exquisite ornaments while using as outline only their imagination, never pre-ready forms. Brushes and
needles (yes, needles!) create graceful, feather-like lines, full of air and motion. The uniqueness of needle painting is undeniable: artists use needles to squeeze out tiny portions of paint creating richly dynamic, highly
expressive pictures.
These products of love, talent, and patience are placed in ovens with temperature reaching 1300*F, then covered with shiny glaze and
baked one more time at even higher temperature – 1600*F.
Now they are ready
to present to you their smooth, harmonious look and flowing curves making them a gift that is a pleasure to give and a pleasure to get.
